Coding Again
Started my day a bit after 4AM, which had the distinct advantage of letting me get my desk cleared off early. Plus, I got to see the sun rise for the first time in a while. Sent off a couple of contracts in the hopes of enticing people to do business with KGN in the future, too.
I took Thomas off to camp in the morning (he’s still enjoying immensely) and then came back home and spent a chunk of time on code. It’s time to be thinking about the next sprint on one big project. Today went mostly for feature work, and the feature came together pretty well, so that was good.
Dana was off to karate tonight; I made hamburgers for the kids and took care of some of the leftovers from previous dinners myself. Spent a little time in the backyard spraying the grapevines, as the Japanese beetles seem to have migrated there from the rosebushes.
Everyone managed to stay awake till bedtime (even me!) and we had a couple more Oz chapters and then lights out.
