Eating Out
I was up at 5 this morning due to the dog. I don’t know what bee got into her bonnet, but she had a barking fit and that was enough to get me out of bed. The kids grumbled a bit about it being Monday, but we managed to move through morning schoolwork quickly enough despite that. Then I spent the rest of the morning dealing with email and writing blog entries hither and yon.
As usual, Monday wasn’t the greatest for billable hours. I did get in another couple hours of CSS debugging, but that was about it. I also lined up plenty of hours to fill the rest of the week.
We went out to dinner tonight, to a local Italian spot Mangiano Italiano. It was on the low side of mediocre, and we won’t be going back. Brought home lots of leftovers though; their kids’ portions were easily 3 times as large as they should have been.
After that, I got in a bit more time to work on some open source code and did a bit of contact-building for potential future work, then bed.
