Nanny
It was “back to school” day around here again. Fortunately the kids all got right back into the swing of things with little fuss, and we had an unstressful morning. I think they even missed a few of their classes.
We started something a bit new today, having our friend Darby come over to help out with the kids. She took care of little needs during the day and made lunches and played, so that we could focus a bit more on uninterrupted work time.
Most of my day was taken up by product management issues today. Did a big midterm review of one project, and worked some on another. Things are moving along.
Big crew to karate tonight: Dana, Adam, Lindsey, and Darby. I fed the other two kids pizza by their request, and dined on a salad myself. Made a fresh loaf of bread for the morning and called it a late night when everyone was home.
