Long Long Day
Lindsey was in bed way too early last night, so not surprisingly this morning started at 4AM. This game me a few hours of working on email and project planning before the other kids woke up, so it was not wasted time. But it was pretty early time.
We had fun during school and the kids did ok, though keeping them on task remains difficult. Then again keeping myself on task remains difficult too.
Adam and I made a trip out in the afternoon to pick up some more tools and some wax for the pinewood derby car. No idea how it’s going to stack up on the speed front, but at least he’s staying interested.
Dana was out to karate this evening, and kids had roast chicken, corn, and texas toast for dinner. Lindsey fell asleep before dinner, woke up just long enough to eat, and then put herself back to bed.
I was up quite late installing a SSD in the Mac Pro and moving files around. Hopefully I didn’t botch anything up because I was quite exhausted by the time I finally crashed around 12:30.
