Muddling Through

It was a pretty standard weekday for us – schoolwork for kids, project management and coding for me. It started out early because Lindsey was up at 5AM, which was earlier than my body really wanted to be out of bed. With a wee one wandering around and opening doors though, there’s not much choice.

I had a phone call scheduled this afternoon with a client to walk through their latest attempt at in-house coding and spot the loose ends, which looks like it’s going to lear to more work. That’s always good. Hopefully it can be scheduled after the current crush is over, because I’m quite buried right now.

Kayla finished her second history book today and so got to choose dinner; this resulted in us having jambalaya and peaches.
