Definitely Monday
I slept soundly till about 6AM, and found a customer waiting to chat with me as soon as I sat down to my computer. Generally I like it better when my customers sleep later; today started off busy and didn’t get significantly less so as it went on. As usual for Monday, there was a lot more fuss than there was billable work.
Spent a bit of time on the phone with my lawyer, pushing the RailsBridge incorporation along, and had far too many wrong numbers to answer as well. Then there was schoolwork, which went generally well but still took up a bunch of time. Kids are still really enjoying electronics, and tolerating most of the rest.
After lunch, there was a RailsBridge general meeting that sucked down another 90 minutes or so.
Somewhere in there I had time to work on setting up a server for one client, and to fix a few bugs for another, but it wasn’t a whole LOT of time.
Then it was time to take Kayla off to her tumbling class. I worked on my ebook while she was there, punctuated by encouraging her to be less timid.
Got home just as dinner was coming out of the oven – chicken, rice, corn, salad.
