Swarm of Kids
It was my usual early morning today, with a dose of open source software to get me started. After that I wandered off into alternating writing code and writing words.
Much of the day was spent ping-ponging between two projects, both of which are in the final stages of pre-launch cleanup. This got challenging for a little bit when I was trying to fix bugs at two sites at the same time and had to keep all the code straight in my head, but I managed.
Dana was out most of the day, first to karate with Adam and then to scrapbooking by herself. Our kids spent most of the afternoon playing with the neighbor boy, back and forth between the two yards and houses. We ended up having one extra for dinner (hot dogs, mac and cheese, pears) and he ate at least as well as our own brood.
Wrote a bit more code after dinner, did some volunteer tech support, and put kids and self to bed.
