Home with the Kids
I was up around 5AM, my back bothering me – not to mention legs & sunburn. The morning was fairly uneventful, except that Lindsey has developed the habit of bursting into tears at random moments. I hope she grows out of it soon. I managed a fair amount of work today, from setting up a new server to writing some code to getting my first bit of open source code in a long while out on the web. Meanwhile, Dana was running around with kids – Adam out for karate and some shopping, Kayla for some other shopping.
For dinner, I made corned beef, risotto, and broccoli. Adam was obstinate about the risotto after he found out that there was asparagus in it, but other than that everyone ate well.
