Lousy Monday
Got woken up by the rising sun about 5:30. From there, it was right into endless children until around 11AM when schoolwork was finally finished. We spent a bit of time today making up report cards for the kids, since the other boys in Adam’s karate class are starting to bring theirs in to show off. Of course, ours are pretty much entirely exceptional.
I struggled through a bit of work in the afternoon, though it was definitely a struggle. Seemed like there was always some interruption to keep me from getting traction. A typical Monday.
In the evening, we went out to a local barbecue place for dinner. Like everywhere else we’re tried in the Evansville area, it was unexceptional. This is just not a restaurant town.
Came home to discover that my laptop had crashed and won’t boot up at all. It’s still under warranty but this is a nuisance nonetheless.
