Up Early
Lindsey woke me up at 5AM, ready to go. She was wide awake, and I did my best to keep up despite grogginess. Eventually she was fed and snuggled and on the couch in front of a Dora movie.
Other kids woke up presently, and we had our regular schoolday. Today I introduced Adam to imaginary numbers. He was quite interested, and asked a lot of questions. Kayla meanwhile got through all of her addition flashcards to 9+9 without a mistake, and Thomas is reading whole sentences (though still with help).
My morning went for struggling with writer’s block again, but eventually I got through the essential assignments for the day. Then it was off to codeland for a while, fixing things up on several projects.
Dana and Adam were off to their Tuesday-night karate, and the rest of us had pizza for dinner as usual.
After dinner, I spent a while on one of our own projects, getting Dana’s new web site running (though with some deployment issues) before I crashed myself.
