Server Up
I slept till almost 6 this morning, hooray. Then came a couple of hours of feeding and teaching children. Nothing too out of the ordinary there: Adam still reading about Galileo, Kayla doing very well with her addition flashcards, Thomas struggling gamely with phonics. I worked my way through some serious writer’s block before lunch, then got chugging on software again. First came deploying one site redesign for one client, then working on a similar overhaul for another, so I was largely CSS monkey today. Somewhere in there there was also a 45-minute conference call to plan things with another client.
For dinner, Dana made chili, cornbread, and fruit for the kids. It was yummy.
After dinner, I settled down working and finally got the bulk of the server software for Sterling Rose Quilts deployed. Then it was time to put kids to bed. The older three went down easily, but Lindsey continues to be our late night owl.
