Accountant

I was up at 6 with a minor migraine – the first I’ve had in a while. Whether that made me short-tempered or there was some other reason, morning schoolwork was a complete disaster this morning: recalcitrant back-talking children all around. Dunno why, but tomorrow is another day. When school was finally finished for me – around lunchtime – I tried to get a bit of work done. Then it was off to see our accountant and do some tax planning for 2008. We spent a while going over the big picture, as best as I can guess it for this year, and then I headed on back home.

The afternoon was much better for me than the morning. I successfully advanced the code on several projects and did some good work.

Dana and Adam were off to karate tonight, and the rest of us had pizza for dinner. Then the kids played while I wrote some more code, and eventually I put them all – and myself – to bed.
